The reason why I joined this quest was to learn more about the coaching container. My goal is to step into life coaching full time when I retire from my current job.
This quest delivered more than I expected because not only I learned to become a more effective coach, l met people who are on the same path as I am. Everyone was so supportive and kind.
I have consistently practiced using positive and abundant words in my everyday life and I have noticed a change in my mindset. My husband has also begun practicing using more positive and abundant words and he is more happy and calm.
