"I learned the ways to serve my clients more powerfully as a coach"

My heart fills with deep gratitude for Mindvalley and Evercoach for this amazing experience I had during the CLC Program.

In 2020, when I was diagnosed with COVID, and by the grace of GOD I survived. I kept thinking about why GOD spared me. I got this answer in this program. CLC and the super coaches in this program gave my power back to me and the super confidence that I can be a great coach out there and serve the world with all my energy and good intentions.

Before this quest I was the person like the Jack phrase " All work and work" but after being spared in COVID I entered the space of personal growth and development following the leaders in this industry. 2 years I worked upon myself and got the amazing life transformation I decided to share what I have learned and experienced. I didn't know how but then I found an e-mail from Mindvalley on Certified Coaching Program. My intuition said this was the answer and it proved 100% right.

I enrolled in this quest to guide me on how to become an effective coach and bring results to my Clients. The quest provided all the learnings and tools a coach must have before he/she is out there to serve the clients.

I noticed a great change in my life after this quest, the biggest one that I got the most amazing coaches, trainers and colleagues in the tribe out there to kick all my fears and self-doubts about coaching, the second that I became a better person with better self-control and a great deal of awareness in my relationship with myself and my family, the third one that I'm not alone in my new journey as a coach but I have a lovely extended family now who is always there to share their support and love.

My top 3 takeaways from this quest are :
1. Coachee is the hero and not the coach. As a coach you are not there to give solutions to your coachee but empower him/her to bring the solutions on their own which is already there within him/her.
2. 80% of the work coach does on himself/herself and 20% on the coachee. So keep learning, working and investing on yourself.
3. The biggest thing you can bring on the table for your coachees is to be fully present at your best authentic self in the coaching session you have with them.
