"I learned not only how to listen deeply and ask powerful questions, but also to hold space—for others and for myself"

Before I started my life coach certification, I was at a point in my life where I knew I wanted more—more meaning, more connection, and more alignment with my true purpose. I had always been someone people came to for support and perspective, but I didn’t yet have the tools, structure, or confidence to turn that natural ability into something professional and impactful.

When I joined the program, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I thought I’d be learning how to help others—but what I didn’t realize is how much I would grow personally through the process. Every module, every coaching practice, and every peer session helped me peel back layers of doubt and rediscover my inner strength. I learned not only how to listen deeply and ask powerful questions, but also how to hold space—for others and for myself.

There were moments of discomfort, self-reflection, and even imposter syndrome, but the community, the structure, and the support kept me moving forward. I began to truly embody what it means to be a coach—not just in skill, but in presence and mindset.

Now, as I reach the end of this journey, I feel proud, empowered, and clear. I’ve stepped into a version of myself I always knew was there. I am a Certified Life Coach—and this is only the beginning.
