I started this program because it started on my birthday. To me, it was a sign, the next part in journey toward healing. After the birth of my daughter, I had difficult postpartum issues that led to hospitalization. I lost myself after that and have been trying to rebuild my life and the vision I had for my life.
My journey with this course has not been easy. I saw the disempowered beliefs that I was holding onto. I went through ups and downs with my mental health. I saw the people who weren't serving me into my new life and see how I can approach situations with the people I want in my life. I have made connections and put myself out there to start groups for accountability and service with one another. I have seen such a change in my life as I accomplish what it is that I want to achieve, and I am grateful to Mindvalley for opening up that space to do so.
