Before taking this program I was little bit confused and disoriented, due to drastic changes that happened in my life, both personal and professional. I was unsure as to how I was supposed to proceed, what career I would pursue and what kind of relationships I wanted to manifest for myself in order to be happy.
Today I am more confident about the choices I made, I don’t doubt myself any more, and this has helped me in my current profession. I have seen my productivity increase tenfold, and I am more at peace with my life, resting in the knowledge that I am always on the right path. I learned how to plan my day more efficiently and to envision my future more boldly. I practice the 6-phase meditation every morning and I am slowly implementing new habits that align with my goals and purpose. I believe that taking this course was only the beginning and that as I continue to practice the tools I have been given by the program I will continue to grow and also help other people.
