"I have realized that there is no problem that I cannot solve"

After my retirement from teaching, I started looking for activities to earn money. I tried acting, storytelling, theatre, and even working for a gourmet chef. While I did earn money, none of these activities helped me to find a community where I felt I belonged. I was unhappy with my life and lacked confidence in my abilities. I started searching online for self-improvement programs. I discovered yoga, which helped me to get out of my mind and into my body. Inspirational speakers also helped, but none intrigued me as much as Mindvalley's Certified Life Coach program.

Now that I have completed the certification, I realize that I have found an international community that I can stay connected with which will support me, no matter what challenges I face. I can honestly say that Mindvalley is a valuable multi-faceted jewel that gave me the tools I need to stay ahead of the challenges I face in life. Being able to use the six phase meditation to change my conscious mind gives me all the tools I need for problem-solving. I met some wonderful people during the live online coaching that I will stay in touch with long after the course has ended.

I have realized that there is no problem that I cannot solve. I want to help seniors to learn how to transform their identities as I have done as they face the journey ahead. I learned that listening to the soul is the most important activity in the second half of life. This is the beginning of making sense of everything I experienced in the first half of life, when I was focused on pleasing others. Mindvalley has given me the permission and the tools to actively work on myself with the goal of helping others through life coaching.
