I have been interested in life coaching, particularly to help horse riders, who I work with on a daily basis, the last few years. My interest in this narrow aspect of coaching grew as I realised that every horse rider I saw had problems with their riding connected to other parts of their life - it was never just about riding their horse.
Certified Life Coach has given me fresh insights into how a rider's life is affected & how I can coach them through these struggles - thinking holistically about other parts of their life. I have much great knowledge & confidence to move forward & help not just horse riders, but all people to reach a happier & more purposeful existence. We have one life to live to the max.
