Before starting CLC, I was already coaching people & businesses. I've coached/counseled for people struggling with their faith + small to medium businesses that were struggling with understanding/meeting their numbers. I never charged for my services as I felt that it was more a ministry, just something that I loved to do. It's just who I am, what I do. My passion!
Life took a swerve during the pandemic, as it did in most everyone's life. I found myself needing to pivot. My wife knew my passion for coaching/consulting and suggested this program. I, of course, though I already knew everything that I needed to know to be successful. HA!
I have learned to listen ... really listen to what is (and is not) being said. This alone is worth the price of admission. I also have a whole arsenal of tools to assist me in creating practical breakthroughs for my clients and a formula to follow, leading with my heart.
