While on my personal healing and growth journey, I attended a seminar for Mindvalley Certified Life Coach. I was intrigued, to say the least. 
I have been told several times that I have always been the Cheerleader for friends and family and I saw this program as a way to learn more ways to assist others.
Because of this program, I have been shown various tools to enhance the lives I am blessed to coach.
