Before this program, I was mentoring executives but my business felt stuck. I had decided to step back, stop pushing, and see what would come to me. I asked the universe one morning to give me a sign, and through a very strange set of events found out about the CLC program less than 2 days before enrolments closed.
From the start of the program, I loved the structure, the attention to detail in terms of making things work, the energy and passion of all the coaches, as well as the rich and interesting group of people on the same journey, truly supportive and inspiring.
While I have undertaken previous training as a coach and have had at least one coach for years I found the content of the program to be of an extraordinarily high caliber. The opportunity to coach and be coached on specific elements each week has been so enjoyable and led to many aha moments.
I find myself at the end of the program with a new and exciting direction in my business and look forward to continuing to being part of the Evercoach community
