"I find Evercoach very useable/relevant in the real world"

After a successful career founding, building and selling two businesses (one tech and one biotech), I "retired" in 2019...... but really I was looking for the next thing to interest me, my true calling. I worked with an amazing coach who helped me identify that my purpose was to help people maximise their potential and learn they were not defined by their past or their current circumstances. I am a huge believer in equal opportunities for all.
I came into this program having already certified as a Co-Active (CTI) coach. My coaching practice was pretty well established. My approach is 360 degree, holistic and always has a wellness aspect. Typically I coach tech & biotech c-suite execs for a total of 25 to 30hrs per month at an average hourly rate of 1,500USD. My work comes almost exclusively from my own network and referrals. I want to be a black book-type coach I don't need or want an expansive online presence.
In addition, I coach about 10-15 hrs a month of pro-bono, usually inner-city kids who want to be entrepreneurs.
The above schedule means I have time to continue my studies as I believe more knowledge and understanding allows me to have more impact with my clients. Plus I remain perpetually curious.
I was interested in the modality that Ajit has created. I found it extremely beneficial. There was a lot of crossover with CTI on the coaching basics. But I find Evercoach very useable/relevant in the real world. To expand, whilst I still believe the greatest discoveries are self discoveries and all the answers are within us, it is ok to sometimes make suggestions. Not to provide answers to big, life-changing questions but to offer limited advice to help drive the narrative forward.
What's next? I'm just having fun, living in the moment and catching as many waves as I can.
