Before this program, I was the kind of dreamer that dreamed skeptically. I would questionmy dreams and then not ever really let myself fully dream. Could I really do anything more than I have in this life currently? Is there really anything bigger out there for me? and if there is, could I even measure up? I am I even worth the the dreams I have?
During this program, I learned that all my skepticism about my own life and dreams are damn near the same feelings most others in my class had. I learned just how human I am and how universal self-doubt is. This discovery made the doubts feel a lot smaller and more manageable. Along with this realization, I learned, about how to organize my mind, how to connect more deeply with myself, and how to distinguish my true goals from the goals I thought I should have.
I learned how to question myself the right way and I met a really amazing group of women that helped coach me through some trauma and beliefs about myself that weren't even my beliefs. The connection and bond I felt with them felt like a sisterhood and I hope we stay connected for a long time to come. I feel uplifted and like I finally found some like-minded individuals that I can relate to spiritually. It's really a new level of connection for me and I aim to connect more fully with people now in my life going forward.
