"I feel more confident in my ability to help others"

As an SCC certified leadership coach, I would often encounter clients and senior executives challenged by life in ways I would struggle to coach effectively. These issues would often impact them at work and their professional relationships but were directly related to personal inner problems they often face alone in insolation. I now feel confident in my ability to ask the right questions and, working with a number of the concepts outlined in the program, help them move in the right direction to bring about resolution, acceptance, and personal growth.
