I was aware that I wished to have a positive impact on people's lives but I lacked the formal knowledge to understand how best to put this into practice.
The course helped me to learn how best to structure my coaching sessions and approach the work in general.
It coincided with a decision before starting to make a significant change for me which was to stop consuming alcohol and ensure I was in a state of maximum clarity and productivity to take maximum advantage of all that was taught.
I feel like I've grown so much in these four months and I'm thankful and excited for what lies ahead.
