Before starting this program I was just feeling down and unsatisfied with life in general. Nothing bad, but just that I knew that there was more to life and I just didn't know what it was that I needed to do and I had no real direction. I have always known that I have a lot of information that I felt others really should know about but I wasn't sure how to give that information to others. Through the process of learning all the tools of coaching, I have come to realize that I really do have a huge amount of life experiences and work experiences that people can really use. I have raised two amazing children into good and successful adults using the skills of finance and an understanding of money and how to grow money and multiply what you have. I also have the ability to teach others how to believe in themselves and that one skill will set them apart from so many other people who give up on themselves and never reach what they are capable of.
Now that I have completed this course so many of my beliefs are now confirmed and I actually know how to apply them in a way that things are coming true. I can see how slight changes in my belief system have allowed this to happen and I can prove this to others and I have seen it happen in my kid's lives and other family members. These are the skills that I want to take out into the world and share with other people (especially older women who may be alone or who just need help creating a sense of security for themself. I know that there are so many of us out there who just need to be encouraged and guided to do small things that will literally change their lives.
I did exactly what Ajit said, I went out to a business owner in my town and started up a conversation not expecting anything or trying to sell anything. I just needed some sewing thread and out of that simple visit, I might have landed my first business coaching client (she is leaving on vacation for a week but wants me to contact her when she gets back). I had no idea she lost her business partner and she really needed someone else to help her (by the way I wanted to open a fabric store of my own in town but she opened this shop before I did anything...and now I might have a way to get in on this deal!!).
This would be my dream job, but I need to make sure it is profitable and making money before I try to buy in...how cool would it be to coach this person to make a profitable business and then have an opportunity to join her? I am super excited to see how my next 2-3 years unfold.
