Before joining this program, I was trying to find a way to help myself and others, but felt very limited and this caused a lot of frustration. Now, I have been able to work on making peace with my mind and being more present with myself and others. I can now help others in ways that fill me with joy. After surviving insanity and drug abuse, I now have awesome and powerful tools to help others create a more meaningful life.
