"I can already see shifts in how my clients are showing up in their day to day lives"

I originally signed up for The Mindvalley Life coaching Certification to become a better leader to my team. My goal was to learn how to show up as an effective coach and leader. I knew I needed to be a better listener. I wanted to learn how to offer perspective without telling people what to think or give advice. How to best guide someone to organize their thinking to come up with optimal perspective and growth. Not only did I appreciate the skills to build better relationships, listen more effectively and deeply, understand how we organize our minds, but the coaching through challenges and emotions was very insightful. I also benefited greatly from the weekly Q&A’s with Coach Dorian and Ajit. I thoroughly enjoyed the breakout sessions and the oppo to coach, be coached and observe my fellow participants in coaching. It was great to meet so many people from all over the world and share our interest and growth in Life Coaching.

I have noticed how my team as well as the few coaching clients I have taken on, are having positive responses to our coaching time. I can really be more present and aware of the information people share and where certain beliefs may come from. With the use important questions, and getting them to think more deeply by connecting to their heart and soul. I am also using the 6 Phase Meditation to guide them to deeper, more meaningful awareness and introspection. I can already see shifts in how my clients are showing up in their day to day lives. It is such a privilege to serve people in this way., to help people live more purposefully and fully!
