“I am very grateful that the universe guided me to CLC, it has been a wonderful journey populated by wonderful souls”

I have spent 20 years in executive leadership positions in the non-profit sector. This seemed like my purpose but the more I looked for my why the more I realised there wasn't one, it was just a salary. All those years must have been for something? They were, they were my journey to self realisation, to having had enough experience to understand what brought me joy and what didn't, what was meaningful to me and what wasn't, believe me, I have a lifetime of learning experiences to draw on that have taught me a lot about myself but I didn't know what to do with it.
Recently I was fortunate enough to enter my seventh decade, I took a long look look in the mirror, had a long conversation with myself and realised that I needed to do a lot of work both physically and mentally to do the right thing by myself and my loved ones. I needed to break out of the little comfort zone I had allowed to evolve around me and make my own life where I could live again, have the experiences I dreamt of, support my family in achieving their goals and have the freedom to choose what I did, where and when.
After lots of 5:30am gym sessions and lots of self improvement reading, podcasts, youtube videos and meditation I came to understand that my greatest fulfilment was in the service of others. I have been very fortunate that my body responded well to all the training I have done, I was humbled to be told by much younger guys at the gym that I was an inspiration. It was this moment that everything became clear, all that I have learned about physical fitness, mental fitness, self awareness and functional medicine made sense, I needed to become a coach for people that have reached that point in their lives where they wonder "what happened to me, what is my purpose, what have I been doing all my life, what do I need to do to be the best I can be?" Just like I did.
I looked at a few coaching courses, the Mindvalley course was the one that seemed most aligned with my personal values so I decided to take action, and here I am! How do you like me now!
I am very grateful that the universe guided me to the Mindvalley CLC, it has been a wonderful journey populated by wonderful souls. I want to wish everyone of you all the fulfilment and success you desire, we are one.
