Before this program I was suffering from the disease to please. I was living from a state of fear and anxiety. I was constantly trying to prove my worth in this world. I have been addicted to self help books for the last 20 years to relieve this discomfort inside of me. 
 After this program, I have noticed a big shift. I am more comfortable in my body and my mental state. I believe this program come into my life from this beautiful loving universe because it was time. I am immensely grateful.
