Hello all, I am Dana, from Romania, living in Luxembourg, an HR professional for 24 years providing coaching for employees and managers as per their needs and requests. I`ve realized that I`ve done many things in a good way, like building rapport, asking key questions, and listening but many times I`ve used to give further the solution in a faster way in order to help as many people as possible. I am happy that I`ve joined this program as I can now use my skills in a more structured path. I am still in HR field but I plan to build my coaching business in 1-2 years.
