Before this program, I knew I needed to transform my relationship with myself as a part of my healing journey from complex PTSD. The program has really helped me to do just that. I am happier, more joyful, more self-aware than ever before, and more congruent with my values. I have made many good friends and wonderful coaches on this journey, too. Looking forward to continuing the growth together as a member of this community of amazing teachers and coaches. And I am launching my own coaching business to help other people on their transformative journey, too. So grateful!
