I am a wife and mother who enrolled in this program as a stepping stone on my personal development journey. 

Four months later I am now a Certified Life Coach and am further motivated to continue challenging myself in this personal space while helping others elevate themselves through empowered thinking and the adoption of a growth mindset. 

I particularly resonate with the 6-Phase Meditation training of this Life Coach program, which can be used to envision a desired future focusing on values that are dear to me such as love, compassion, gratitude, forgiveness and spirituality. 

I look forward to making a meaningful impact on our global society one conversation at a time.
