Before joining the MV Certified Coaching Program I've been working to grow my own health and fitness business. I am certified as a Reiki Master, Breathwork Coach, and I teach pole and chair dance empowered movement classes. It has always been my vision to help my clients tap into their own unique gifts and have the confidence to step into their power.
Through the coaching program, I learned many tools I can use to help my clients grow and to grow as a coach myself. It has been an amazing experience coaching and being coached by like-minded people all over the world.
