Before I signed up for CLC, I had relied on my instinct and coming from a place of care to coach my team. I joined to gain a deeper understanding of coaching techniques as a mindvalley member, it seemed a natural next step. The program itself completely amazed me. It is so informative, structured and there is a wealth of bonus materials to dive into. I especially appreciated the coaching labs, Q&A and practice with all the other amazing coaches and beginners. I learned so much about myself and was able to listen and observe. Now, after completion, I am a better, more compassionate leader and know how best to serve and support others with this skill and desire, which draws me to pursue a career change soon. I really loved the community spirit and the connections made. Thank you to the tribe and to the wonderful Evercoach family.
