I am a doctor, Consultant in Emergency Medicine with over 15 years of experience in the NHS.
Though I joined this program in January 2024, but It took almost 1 year to complete my journey as Certified Life Coach as I had health issues, requiring 2 surgeries and had to take break twice in between. I had a prolonged recovery period delaying my course but I am glad that I was able to finish it.
I have always believed in holistic healing and strive to integrate modern medicine with a holistic approach, combining science with ancient wisdom to create transformative healing experiences. By addressing the root causes of illness and nurturing the mind, body, and spirit, I aim to inspire lasting change and positively impact the lives of many.
I organise regular healthcare workshops to raise awareness, prevent common health conditions, and advocate for the healing power of nutrition, exercise, yoga, meditation, and holistic well-being.
I recently initiated the practise of teaching Ho’oponopono as a powerful healing technique, guiding individuals to release limiting beliefs, clear emotional blockages, and restore harmony within. Through this ancient Hawaiian practice of forgiveness and reconciliation, I assist others in nurturing inner peace, embracing self-love, and facilitating deep healing on every level—mental, emotional, and spiritual.
