Before joining the program, I was going through a professional reinvention process. After taking a break from my personal project, LifeStrategics, I decided it was time to resume it and give it a new direction. Coaching has been a key part of LifeStrategics and many of its services for over 10 years.
However, it was previously more focused on executive coaching and results-oriented. This program has not only supported me through my personal professional transformation but has also helped me reconnect with the practice of coaching from a deeper and more enriching perspective.
Without a doubt, this will have a significant impact on the new direction of LifeStrategics and my personal life, moving away from an identity (or more) that no longer serves me.
