Before I enrolled in the Certified Life Coach program I was a leader who would give advice to others on how to deal with life or work situations and challenges. Obviously, this approach left many gaps in people's development and growth. From the techniques I learned in the CLC program, now I'm a person who is interested in the person's life journey and don't give advice or lead people to my own way of thinking. Rather, I'm a curious individual who encourages others to self-evaluate their believes and I empower people to find their own path through challenging questions based on the person's perspectives and or believes.
