Before this program, I was all over the place with my interests. I studied Nutrition because my parents wanted me to, and I started my career as a Community Programme Executive, working alongside social workers to support the older adult population and their caregivers in Singapore. I felt a strong calling to bring people across different generations together to make life more meaningful for everyone I encounter.

Life Coaching became my answer to link everything together.

During the program, I connected with wonderful individuals who shared the same mindset. Together, we learned, coached, and built a supportive coaching network.

I witnessed countless transformations during the weekly Q&A sessions. I know in my heart that each of us grew in our ways, recognized and healed parts of ourselves, and made an impact, no matter how small or big.

It was a transformative experience. People could see more sparkles in my eyes!
