Before this program, I had 2 great careers. Firstly I was a successful HR Professional working at the Director level before setting up my own business working in personal development and Executive Search. I also followed my interests in energetic healing by becoming a Reiki Practitioner and practicing Energetic NLP. After 10 years of my own business, I decided I needed a challenge and went back into employment to work within our National Health Service (NHS) as Operations Manager for a very large General Practice Surgery.
I began to realize that I could make a huge difference in the organization and also with the people on my team, however, my heart is not there for the long haul. Ultimately, I was looking for something that would bring all my experiences and my passion for people together under one roof so to speak. That's when I found the Mindvalley life coaching course.
Going through the course I found it challenging! I thought I knew Personal Development and had worked on myself over the last few years but this was another level.
Completing the course I have learned so much more about myself, I have wobbles and that's ok, I do have a very clear focus about who I want to help but that is not to the exclusion of other groups. I still have people to forgive and that will take time but there is no time limit as I can interact with them in the right way. I have more skills than I realized.

I love the fact that through the course I have found that golden thread that has linked everything I have a passion for people, spirituality, and energy work all together. I love that I have changed my DMO (daily method of operation or practice) and that it has changed to something much more aligned with me and my end goals! I wake up with more joy in my life, I am focused on the future and not the past and I am excited about how my big hairy audacious goals are going to come about!
