After some deep introspection and solo traveling to Bali & Thailand I realized that coaching & personal growth is my life purpose. It's following the notion that humanity can be changed one human at a time through inner transformation which is what I'm most passionate about and see so much meaning in.

Undergoing the Mindvalley Certified Life Coach program has shaved years off of my developmental journey as a coach and I now feel way more confident than ever holding amazing space for people and thus helping them transform strongly.

My number one takeaway is how crucial being present and listening actively to understand instead of listening to answer back is. This has also strongly benefitted my personal well-being and the quality of all of my human interactions and relationships.

It was so so nice to be in such a special container with so many likeminded people and I've made several great connections.

I recommend this program to anyone who wants to ignite their coaching journey and I'd definitely do it again. Really looking forward to all of the magic that has and will continue to happen by me stepping froward and following my calling and heart. You got this! <3
