Before becoming a life coach, my life was focused on personal growth and self discovery. I had some challenges and setbacks that made me want to seek deeper. Here is where Mindvalley comes, I learned lessons about resistance, self-awareness, and importance of positive mindset. Also I learned that no matter how much knowledge you have it won't help you unless you practice it.
