Initially, I was excited but a bit skeptical that I could learn hypnotherapy skills in 3 months to help myself and nurses with anxiety, overwhelm, and burnout. It is the reason why I joined the course. During this class, I learned many skills to help me give care and compassion with greater ease to my clients in the hospital environment. This course has really transformed my life. Now I go to work from a resourceful state, having tools to help myself with greater self-care, not wondering if I would survive a shift. You learn so many tools to help yourself and others with challenging issues facing us today. I am very grateful to MV, Paul McKenna, and the crew for offering this amazing course.
