I became a member of Mindvalley in May 2023, and since then I have taken several courses and completed quite a few. However, this course in Hypnotherapy is my first certification. I believe that when you go deep in yourself, the universe starts to sync with you and then begins to bring what is required, the timing of this course in my life is an absolute of this phenomenon. Working on myself, during this course has been deeply transformational. Transformation to me means dismantling the self completely, becoming zero, neutral, shunya*. Looking at the definition of every word in your mind dictionary, having the courage to reflect on your darkest areas, relearning. I feel I am a little bit more evolved than before if not by much (not to sound too pompous). I feel more confident, i know that I possess the tools required to live my life from a higher realm, and I feel ready to create a more evolved version of myself and help others identify their riches.
