This program gave me different tools and techniques to complement my Coaching practices. The best part was when I applied to my daughter, once she was having a difficult situation at the school. She is very shy normally and by applying a technique from this course, she was able to tell me what was going on only by indicating yes and no with her fingers. It made us communicate more easily and we found that it was possible to do it in a different way that she feels more comfortable doing. I feel also ready to apply different techniques depending on the person and the challenge. It was a great experience for me as well.
