This is just the beginning, and I am so grateful to be on this incredible journey.

Before I began the Mindvalley Certified Hypnotherapist course I had been considering how best to return to professional life after having dedicated over a decade to focusing on running a household and raising children. I had plans to be fully integrated as a professional and mother by the time my youngest daughter was in school full-time. However, life got life and I discovered that due to some of my daughter’s special needs, including a diagnosis of Crohn’s disease at age five, I might have to further postpone my professional pursuits.

Thanks to this program, I will not only be able to pursue my professional aspirations, but I am also able to incorporate much of what I have learned as I care for my children—especially my daughter. My daughter’s issues with chronic pain, attention, calm, and separation have been hugely affected, and I can see that there is much more that I can do to help her using my newfound skills. I also have found direction and more of a niche passion for behavioral modification as it relates to holistic healing and creating profound personal change. I am changing my life and can see how I can do the same for many others.

I came into this program with an open mind and heart, hoping that this could be a path to creating a future for myself that had seemed elusive and off in the distance. Now, I feel directed, passionate, and compelled to do work that I believe in competently and confidently, right now. I have a renewed interest in using my voice literally and figuratively to help create positive change in my own life and the lives of others. This is just the beginning, and I am so grateful to be on this incredible journey.
