Thanks to the techniques and useful tips learned in this program, I learned to change my state much faster and be able to stop overwhelming feelings at will. This helped me to a great degree. Even in very difficult situations, where I would have panicked or let my emotions run in the past, I could keep my emotions under control. I have an example where earlier I would have been upset for hours or even for a day, but now I could calm myself down in just 10-15 minutes. It also helped my relationships because I could be calm and lead productive discussions.
Thanks to this program I also found that difficulties happen to me, and by overcoming and learning from them I can help other people who are going through the same. This gave a sense of meaning and purpose to my difficulties and pain.
