Before joining this Quest I had already been working as a psychotherapist for several years. However, I noticed that many of the classical therapeutic methods I had learned were very time-consuming and often not very effective for the type of clients I work with.
I mainly work with entrepreneurs and people from the business world – people who expect real results in a relatively short time. Traditional therapeutic approaches often require months or even years of work, and I began to feel that this was not the most efficient path for the kind of transformation my clients needed.
When I saw how Paul McKenna works and how he achieves similar or even better results in a much shorter time, I immediately felt that this was the direction I was looking for. I have always believed deeply in hypnosis, trance and working with the subconscious mind. For me it has always been clear that real change happens at the level of the subconscious.
After completing this Quest I feel that I have a much clearer understanding of how to help my clients with specific challenges. But the biggest shift happened in my way of thinking.
For many years, as a therapist, I focused on asking the question “why?” – why something happens to a client, why certain symptoms appear, and what their deeper causes are.
During this program I discovered that a much more powerful question is “how?”.
How does the client create or trigger certain emotional states or symptoms in their own mind and body?
Working with the “how” instead of constantly analyzing the “why” can lead to much faster and more effective change. This insight alone was incredibly transformative for me, and I continue to be impressed by the results I see when working with clients using this approach.
The reason I enrolled in this Quest was that I was looking for modern tools that combine hypnosis with knowledge about the nervous system and neuroscience. I have been fascinated by neurobiology for a long time, and Paul’s approach – combining hypnosis, NLP and an understanding of how the nervous system works – felt very aligned with the way I see transformation.
In my experience, it is essential to work not only with the conscious mind, but also with the nervous system. Many emotional and psychological challenges are deeply connected to how the nervous system responds and adapts.
Another important reason for me was learning techniques that I could use not only with clients but also with myself. I wanted practical tools that allow me to change my inner state quickly – to calm myself, reset emotionally and move into a better state without needing long and complicated processes.
I appreciate approaches that are practical, efficient and result-oriented. This program offered exactly that.
One of the main reasons I recommend this Quest is the opportunity to understand and work directly with the subconscious mind. Once you understand the power of the subconscious, you realize how many things can change when you work at this level.
After more than 20 years in the therapeutic field, I can clearly see the difference between working mainly with the conscious mind and working directly with subconscious processes.
My three biggest takeaways from this Quest are:
Emotional states can change much faster than we usually believe – without months or years of therapy.
Understanding how we create certain mental or emotional patterns is often far more useful than analyzing why they appeared.
Accessing trance states and quieting the critical conscious mind allows much deeper and faster change, without the need for long intellectual explanations.
This experience strengthened my belief that hypnosis and subconscious work can be one of the most powerful and effective ways to support real transformation.
