I have a greater understanding of how the mind works. I got into this to know more about NLP for sports performace, peak performance at job and to get into life coaching. This course has helped me enhance my skills in NLP, hypnotherpy nad my overall communication. I have also helped few of my friends on some phobias, address some normal day to day hinderances to peak performace in job/quality of life etc and have received positive feedback on my appraoch, which is basically dereived from this course. As Paul told it is a Rolls-Royce course indeed. I have also used the techiques on myself at different stages and found them useful to have in my tool kit.
