Taking up Stand Up comedy changed my life. It helped me express myself, it taught me how to see the funny side of life again. Standing up on stage and attempting to make a room full of people laugh can be terrifying though. I took the Hypnotherapy course to help myself and others not just manage those nerves but enjoy being on stage and playing with their audience. This course has been game changing for me. It has enhanced the courses I run & my own stage presence. The hypnotherapy course has been another life changing experience of me, in a very good way.
