Though I'd trained as a clinical hypnotherapist in the past, it was time to refresh my skills, so I was delighted when this program showed up in my Mindvalley membership. So much has changed in 10 years, and it was enlightening to learn new techniques that can be applied for rapid transformation. I was also surprised at how my state shifted in those three months. Better sleep, more focus, a positive feeling about the future, and a much clearer vision for what I could offer my clients. The quality of the teaching materials was superb and the weekly Q&A sessions and community support were also invaluable - wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
