I started this program as part of my adventure into coaching student-athletes on mindset mastery. I was apprehensive and unsure of what I would do in the program and with the content. As I worked through the program, I realized much of the issue was my own insecurities and limiting beliefs that were holding me back. The program helped me overcome those limiting beliefs and step into my brilliance as a coach. I can see how hypnotherapy will assist the youth I work with step into their brilliance, and I have already started to implement what I learned.
