I am the First Female Karate Black-belt, the first female veteran international medalist karateka of Bangladesh, and a fitness consultant at my own gym, which is one of the first gyms in my country.

I am also the only Bangladeshi participant in this Hypnotherapy Certification program in my cohort.

As a pioneer, I have often faced the difficulty of not having people with a similar mindset around me. However, Mindvalley’s community has been completely different. Being able to interact and bond with so many wonderful souls around the world with the same energy has been a truly transformative experience.

I worked with more than ten thousand clients in my own fitness center. But I mostly focused on their external, physical selves.

After this program, I have learned to put emphasis on working on their internal, and emotional parts too for a better holistic approach.

I have also applied what I have learned from this course in my own life, and of those around me. The techniques I was taught and Paul’s own personal touch have helped me through a hard time in my life, including risky surgeries; and I have utilized hypnotherapy with my son during the crucial transitional periods of his life to keep himself optimal.
