Before this Course I was skeptical about hypnotherapy thinking it would be a creepy skill to have to get into people's minds to control them but I discovered that it is primarily for people who choose to trust you to guide them on a path of self-empowerment. Most of my cohorts in my hypnotherapy course were loving people with the purpose of healing others. My heart was joyful to practice the techniques taught in this course and I discovered that I had talent and I want to dig deeper into my talent to help others with their addictions, phobias and to help enhance their abilities even as I help to remove their fears and increase self confidence. Many of the techniques have already helped me.
