Although I was a coach before this program, there was deeply rooted doubt within myself and my abilities. I'm an actor, though, so I could put on my game face and go into a session. I didn't want to continue carrying around the lack of confidence. I expected this program to be another tool in my toolbox and for the instructors to be amazing. It was SO MUCH MORE! The hypnotherapy program not only became a tool but it opened me to the incredible amount of imagination and play that I have within myself. Using the techniques from the program, my confidence rose and I began looking forward to sessions (rather than getting worried, nervous, and sweaty!!!). My sessions with classmates and clients have a new level of understanding and creativity.
