We have now a full case of techniques that we can use to help ourselves and others overcome negative feelings and emotions and intensify and anchor the good ones. Adding future pacing through timelines and clearing up the past (among others) enable unleashing the best potential to first visualize and then plan and achieve any goal.
It is almost magical how efficient these techniques are. I even surprised myself by not feeling those cramps in my stomach in situations that would previously be very stressful for me. Anxiety is fading away fast when it tries to overdo its protective role and new positive behavioral changes are starting to emerge.
I am happy that I was able to try some of the techniques with my friends, helping them be at their best on the exam or job interview.
This is one of those training you never want to finish. We had amazing trainers along the way, Paul, Tina, and Steve did a great job guiding us through this experience.
And now I feel I want to learn a lot more, there is a whole new area of interest opening in front of me. I will continue using the techniques, hoping to be able to help as many people as I can.
