With a background in Nursing and Health Visiting, I retired in 2016 and became a yoga and Pilates teacher. In 2025, feeling weary of the travel and draughty halls to teach in, I yearned for something different. Well, they say that things find you and that's what happened - I saw this course advertised and it spoke to me straight away. It has completely changed my life - I'm planning to stop teaching this year and focus on my Therapeutic Coaching for Women which will include a dash of hypnotherapy. I can't wait to get going :)
