Before taking the Mindvalley Certified Hypnotherapist course, I didn’t understand hypnotherapy and how useful it could be to oneself and in helping others. Now that I have taken the course, I have a clearer vision of my path in life, and I feel more confident in achieving these goals. I am also able to add hypnotherapy to my energy work with people, and it has been a great tool in helping others.
