I have been blessed to live many lives creatively and in employment, and was, again, in a transition place between careers. I met a new friend while traveling who had left her industry to become a certified hypnotherapist focusing on women and weight loss. I saw a horizon ahead and a way to combine many many years of volunteering and working professionally with teens and young adults, and registered for the hypnotherapy certification course. I will be launching my life coaching practice with a focus (but not exclusivity) for teens and young adults, using hypnotherapy as one main modality for creating change, affirming great life choices, and discovering new roads to explore for young people. I have loved the learning and the connection with my cohort and am chomping at the bit to begin.
