“I went from curious observer to confident hypnotherapy practitioner”

I came into this certification in a very honest way: out of curiosity.

I first watched the masterclass and what surprised me was how much could shift in such a short time. Watching Paul McKenna work so quickly and so calmly made me think, okay… there is something here worth learning properly. That moment is what pushed me to join the full certification.

At the same time, I’m studying psychology, and I kept feeling that hypnotherapy could be a powerful complement to the work I want to do with people. Not as a shortcut, but as a respectful way to help someone move from insight into real change.

During the program, I learned much more than techniques. I learned how important structure, language, and presence are. I learned how to guide someone with clarity without forcing anything. And I learned that the way you hold space matters just as much as what you say.

Now, at the end of this journey, I feel grateful and genuinely excited. I loved this certification and everything I learned, and I feel ready to start offering sessions with care, confidence, and a lot of respect for the process.
