It was one of the best programs I did online really. I feel grateful that I can share it further with clients. I specifically want to work with Wildfit clients as I am a Wildfit coach :-) I was impressed that such a course can be done online and it works :-)

I was impressed by the technique Havening which I tried on myself, and on my 7 year old old daughter. I was also blown away by the visual squash technique - such a simple, yet effective technique. I would not believe if I haven't tried this on myself.
